The Fine Print

  • If you are unable to attend for any reason, your retreat is non-refundable but fully transferable to another person or to an alternate retreat intake, provided you advise us and make the change at least 60 days prior to retreat commencement.

  • All “Pay at Your Own Pace” payment plans, including deposits and admin fees, are non-refundable due to limited availability.

  • No refunds will be issued for no-shows—no exceptions

  • No refunds issued for no shows... no exceptions.

  • No discounts are given for late arrivals or early departures from the retreat.

  • The retreat commences on Saturday at 12:00 PM, with a special welcome introduction and tour. Please schedule your travel so you can arrive the day before in time for pick-up at 10:00 AM

  • Return Airfares – not included in the retreat cost.

  • Accommodation before or after the retreat – not included

  • Insurances – all attendees are strongly advised to have valid travel and health insurance for the duration of their time in Bali
